If you have a high resolution jpeg, png or svg of your desired engrave image, please send it to rawdesigns@icloud.com within 24 hours of purchasing. For simple text, include the exact words or name you want included. Please double check the spelling.

We generally ship USPS First Class. Most items on the website are made to order, taking 1-2 weeks to create. Please contact us before placing your order to inquire about Priority fees and alternative shipping options if you have a deadline within 3 weeks.
As we are a very small business, we are unable to offer full refunds. We are happy to exchange non-custom products for something different as long as the item is returned in perfect condition.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We require that any returns/exchanges or repairs are done within 14 days of receiving the product.

In the case of returns/exchanges, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. In the case of a manufacturing defect or mistake on our end, we will cover the shipping.
