We generally ship USPS First Class. Most items on the website are made to order, taking 1-2 weeks to create. Please contact us before placing your order to inquire about Priority fees and alternative shipping options if you have a deadline within 3 weeks.
For Local Pickup, please make sure to arrange pickup at our physical location east of LaMoure, ND. This is a residence, not a retail space, so schedule varies. Message Rachel before ordering to confirm availability.
As we are a very small business, we are unable to offer full refunds. We are happy to exchange non-custom products for something different as long as the item is returned in perfect condition.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We require that any returns/exchanges or repairs are done within 14 days of receiving the product.
In the case of returns/exchanges, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. In the case of a manufacturing defect or mistake on our end, we will cover the shipping.
